■ Purchase & Participation Information

• Your participation is confirmed as soon as you complete your purchase. Each unit = 1 minute of Video Call time.

• If you buy 2 or more units, your calls will run back-to-back.

• You can buy up to 10 units per person.

• Only 1 account per person is accepted. Using multiple accounts or purchasing under someone else's name may result in disqualification.

• Orders from the same account with matching details may be combined automatically.

• If your name, date of birth, email, or contact information differs between orders, they won't be identified as the same person and won't be combined. Please enter accurate information when purchasing.

■ How to Join & Google Meet Preparation

• After payment is confirmed, your scheduled time and a personal Google Meet link will be sent to your registered email.

• Your link is for you only — do not share or transfer it to anyone else.

• Check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders. Any issues caused by not checking your email are your responsibility.

• If you don't receive the email due to an incorrect address or blocked settings, you may not be able to participate. Please verify your email and settings before purchasing.

• Set your Google Meet nickname to exactly match the name used at the time of purchase.

• If your nickname doesn't match your purchase name, you may not be allowed to participate.

• Before the event, test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in Google Meet.

■ Test Call & Identity Verification

• Before the event starts, a test call will be held to check your connection and verify your identity.

• You'll be told what time to join. At that time, open the Google Meet link from your email and click "Request to join."

• If you skip the test call or fail the identity check, you will not be able to participate.

• Identity is verified through the personal link sent to your registered email. Accessing from a different or unregistered email will fail verification.

■ During the Video Call

• Please join your Google Meet room early and wait. When it's your turn, the artist will enter the room.

• If you don't respond when it's your turn, your slot will be marked as missed.

• The Video Call is 1:1 between you and the artist. Staff will end the call when your time is up.

• Even if you don't hang up yourself, staff will end the call when time runs out.

• If the call fails or is interrupted due to network, device, camera, microphone, or Google Meet issues on your end, it cannot be restarted.

• Only you may participate. If someone else joins or 2 or more people are visible, the call will be ended immediately.

• Recording audio or video, taking screenshots, screen sharing, live streaming, or sharing the call with third parties in real time is strictly prohibited.

• Please don't ask personal questions or make uncomfortable requests to the artist.

• Verbal abuse, harassment, sexual comments, discrimination, threats, or political/religious pressure will result in the call being ended immediately.

• Even in situations not listed above, staff may restrict participation or end the call if they deem it necessary.

■ Cancellations & Refunds

※ This event is a live Video Call held at a specific date and time. Once purchased, refunds are not available.

• No refund for: personal reasons, scheduling errors, missed notices, incorrect information, missed emails, connection delays, absence, or network/device issues.

• No refund if you are removed for: failed identity verification, mismatched information, participation by a third party, multiple accounts, simultaneous participation by 2 or more people, or rule violations.

• No refund if the call is ended due to recording, inappropriate behaviour, or other rule violations.

• If the event is cancelled by the company or the artist, reasonable measures such as a refund, reschedule, or alternative will be provided.

• The schedule may change due to the artist's health, safety, natural disasters, regulations, platform failures, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method and may take time to process depending on the payment provider's policies.

• Fees not directly received by the company — such as exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, bank charges, or taxes — may be excluded from the refund.

• The event may be cancelled, postponed, or changed due to the artist's health, schedule, or technical issues. If so, we will notify you and offer a fair solution.

• Refunds are not available for absences caused by personal reasons or missed notices.
