◆ Important Information about the Video Call
- Each unit purchased = 1 minute of Video Call time. When time is up, the call will be ended by staff. If you purchase 2 or more units, the calls will run back-to-back.
- The maximum purchase quantity is 10 units per person.
- Only 1 account per person is accepted. If multiple account usage is detected, participation may be restricted.
- Interpretation service is not available.
- The event will be held via Google Meet. (Set your Google Meet nickname to match the name used when purchasing.) If the purchaser's name and Google Meet nickname do not match, participation may be restricted.
- The Video Call is 1:1 between the artist and the participant. When the designated time ends, the call will be ended by staff.
- After payment is confirmed, your participation time and Google Meet link will be sent to your registered email. The link is exclusively for you. Before the Video Call with the artist, a test call will be conducted.
- If you do not access the link and request entry when it is your turn, you will be considered absent and will not be able to participate.
- If there are issues with your network or device settings, participation may not be possible. If the connection fails or is interrupted, reconnection may not be possible. Please check your network, camera, and audio settings in advance.
- If you decline or close the call without notice when it is your turn, you will be considered absent and will not be able to participate.
- If the participant does not end the call, the staff may end it.
- Please avoid asking personal questions or making excessive requests to the artist. Verbal abuse, offensive behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in the immediate termination of the call by staff.
- Before the event, a test call will be conducted for identity verification. Please access the link at the designated time. During the test call, you will be asked to present your ID document via camera. Please prepare your ID in advance.
- Identity verification is only possible with an original photo ID.
* Accepted documents: Passport, National ID Card, Driver's License. Only the original physical document is accepted.
- If identity verification is not possible due to missing ID or other reasons, participation in the event will not be permitted.
- Only documents within their validity period will be accepted.
- Participants under the age of 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. By completing this purchase, the purchaser confirms that all necessary consents have been obtained, or confirms being the legal guardian themselves. The organizer is not responsible for issues caused by false or inaccurate information provided during the purchase process.
- Only the participant themselves may join the event. If the call is connected with another person or 2 or more people participate at the same time, the call will be ended immediately.
- Recording, photographing, or live streaming on social media during the Video Call is prohibited. If detected, staff may end the call immediately.
- Even in situations not described above, staff may take action if they judge that the smooth operation of the event is being affected.
◆ Personal Data Collection & Provision
- In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, participant data will be collected and provided as follows.
Recipients: KBEAT Entertainment Co., Ltd. / Victory Company Co., Ltd.
Data collected: Name, date of birth, phone number, email, nationality
Purpose: 2026 NTX LATAM TOUR Commemorative Video Call
Retention period: Deleted after purpose is fulfilled (7 days after the event ends)
Recipient: KBEAT Entertainment Co., Ltd.
Data collected: Kbeat website account ID
Purpose: 2026 NTX LATAM TOUR Commemorative Video Call
Retention period: Deleted after purpose is fulfilled (7 days after the event ends)
◆ Other Information
- The event may be cancelled, postponed, or modified depending on circumstances, and the benefits may also change. Refunds or exchanges will not be available for these reasons.
- The following issues are the customer's responsibility and will not be covered by the company:
· Non-receipt due to incorrectly entered information
· Use of 1 account with information of 2 or more people
