K-BEAT Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KBEAT ENTERTAINMENT CO., LTD. (hereinafter "Company") and users in connection with the use of services provided through the Company's website, mobile applications, and other online platforms (hereinafter "Service"), including performances, fan meetings, fan signing events, video call events, digital content, merchandise sales, memberships, community features, and other related services.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" refers to all products, content, events, programs, platforms, and other related services provided directly by the Company or through partnerships, whether online or offline.
"User" refers to both members and non-members who agree to these Terms and use the Service.
"Product" refers to tickets, participation rights, memberships, goods, digital content, and other tangible or intangible items sold or provided by the Company within the Service.
"Event" refers to performances, fan meetings, fan signing events, video calls, live streaming, promotions, online events, and other programs operated by the Company.
"Content" refers to videos, audio, images, documents, designs, text, and all other materials provided by the Company or authorized rights holders.
Article 3 (Validity and Amendment of Terms)
Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon using the Service, registering as a member, or purchasing a product.
The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
When the Company amends these Terms, it will notify users of the effective date and reason for the amendment in advance through notices posted on the Service or by electronic means.
If a user continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company may provide the following services:
a. Performances, fan meetings, fan signing events, and other offline events
b. Video calls, live streaming, and other online events
c. Digital content provision services
d. Sales of tickets, participation rights, memberships, and other usage rights
e. Sales of goods and other merchandise
f. Community, information, and platform services
g. Other services developed by the Company or provided through partnerships
The Company may change, add, or discontinue part or all of the Service as necessary for operational, technical, or business reasons.
The specific content, terms of provision, and methods of use of the Service shall be governed by policies or notices separately established by the Company.
Article 5 (Purchase and Payment)
Users may purchase products or services in accordance with the procedures provided by the Service.
A contract between the user and the Company is established at the time payment is successfully completed.
The Company may refuse, hold, or cancel an order in any of the following cases:
a. False information has been provided
b. A payment error or fraudulent payment is suspected
c. A system error has occurred
d. There are other reasonable grounds
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information.
Article 6 (Event and Program Operations)
The Company may operate various online or offline events and programs.
The eligibility requirements, operation methods, schedules, venues, and detailed rules for each event shall be governed by separate notices or event information pages.
The Company may change or cancel the schedule, venue, format, or content of an event in the event of circumstances affecting the artist's health, safety, or schedule, natural disasters, government regulations, technical issues, or other unavoidable reasons.
Users must comply with the operational rules announced by the Company. In the event of a violation, the Company may restrict participation, remove the user, or limit their use of the Service.
Article 7 (Content and Intellectual Property Rights)
All rights to content, trademarks, logos, designs, videos, audio, images, and other materials provided within the Service belong to the Company or authorized rights holders.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly transmit, or commercially use any content without the prior written consent of the Company.
The Company may use content filmed or produced in the course of operating the Service or events for promotional, marketing, and service operation purposes.
Article 8 (Minors)
Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent or approval of their legal guardian.
Users represent and warrant that they have obtained all legally required consents when using the Service or purchasing products.
The Company is not obligated to separately verify the accuracy of the information provided by users.
Article 9 (Refunds)
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy separately posted by the Company.
Separate refund conditions may apply to individual events or products, and such conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be restricted if the user is unable to use the Service due to personal circumstances, device issues, network conditions, or reasons attributable to the user.
Article 10 (Personal Information)
The Company collects and uses personal information to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service.
Matters related to the processing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from natural disasters, war, riots, government actions, communication failures, internet outages, system failures, or other causes beyond the Company's reasonable control.
The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from reasons attributable to the user.
The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and shall not be held liable for such disputes.
The Company shall not be liable for disruptions caused by issues with a user's device, network environment, or third-party services.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Addendum
These Terms shall apply from May 30, 2026.
