This event will be conducted through Kbeat’s dedicated video call platform, rather than through a separate video conferencing service.

◆ How to Participate
Please log in using the email address used to purchase the video call product.
On the day of the event, access the video call event page on Kbeat at the announced time.
Allow camera and microphone access on the video call page, and confirm that your video and audio are functioning properly.
Before the main video call, a test call will be conducted to verify your identity and check your device settings.
Once the test call and identity verification have been completed, you will be placed in the video call waiting area. While waiting, do not close or refresh the page. Please remain on the page until your turn is announced.
When it is your turn, the video call will be connected through the platform. Please follow the staff’s instructions until all of the call time corresponding to your purchased quantity has been completed.
Video call access will be registered to the email address used for the purchase. Participation may be restricted if you log in using a different account.
◆ Video Call Terms and Important Notices
Each purchased unit provides one minute of video call time. Once the allotted time has ended, the call will be terminated by the event staff or the system.
If you purchase two or more units for the same member, the call will continue consecutively for the amount of time corresponding to the purchased quantity.
The maximum purchase quantity is limited to 10 units per person.
Only purchases made through one account per person will be accepted. If the same person is found to have participated using multiple accounts, their participation may be restricted or canceled.
Video call participation rights may not be transferred or sold to another person.
Interpretation services will not be provided. Please take this into consideration before participating.
The video call will be conducted one-on-one between the artist and the participant. Once the allotted time has ended, the call may be ended automatically or forcibly by the system or event staff to proceed with the next participant.
On the day of the event, you must log in using the email address used to purchase the product. If the purchasing account and the logged-in account do not match, your participation rights may not be verified, and you may be unable to participate.
If you do not access the video call page by the announced time or do not participate properly when your turn arrives, you may be considered to have forfeited your participation and may be unable to proceed with the event.
Do not close your browser or refresh the page while waiting. Moving to another page or allowing your device to enter sleep mode may disconnect you or interfere with the call order.
Do not close or refresh the page or use the browser’s back function during the video call. If the connection is terminated due to an action taken by the participant, the call may not be conducted again.
If the video call cannot be connected or is interrupted due to the participant’s network environment, device condition, browser settings, or camera and microphone permissions, the call may not be conducted again.
Please participate using a stable network connection and confirm before the event begins that your camera and microphone are functioning properly.
If the network connection becomes temporarily unstable during the video call, the event staff may review the situation. However, if the call cannot proceed normally due to the participant’s network or device issues, the call may be terminated. Additional time or another call may not be provided.
If you reject the video call when your turn arrives or intentionally terminate the connection, you will be considered to have forfeited your participation, and the call will not be conducted again.
During the event, please refrain from asking the artist private questions or making unreasonable requests. If abusive language, criticism, sexual harassment, threats, or other inappropriate conduct is identified, the video call may be terminated immediately at the discretion of the event staff.
During the test call, your identification document will be checked to verify your identity. To ensure a smooth process, please prepare your identification document before accessing the event page.
You must present your identification document to the event staff through your camera. Please ensure that the photograph, name, date of birth, and other information required for identity verification are clearly visible.
Identity verification cannot be completed using any documents other than those listed below. Only an original, physical, government-issued photo identification document will be accepted:
Photographs, photocopies, screenshots, scanned files, and images saved on mobile devices will not be accepted.
All identification documents must be valid and must not be expired.
If the purchaser’s information does not match the actual participant’s information, or if identity verification cannot be completed due to failure to present an identification document or for any other reason, participation in the event will not be permitted.
Participants under the age of 18 may be required to obtain consent from a legal guardian in order to participate in the event. By completing the purchase, the purchaser will be deemed to have obtained all required consent under their own responsibility or to be the participant’s legal guardian.
The organizer will not be responsible for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information provided during the purchase process or from failure to obtain any required consent from a legal guardian.
Only the participant who has completed identity verification may take part in this event. If the call is connected to someone other than the verified participant or if two or more people appear on screen, the video call may be terminated immediately.
Photography, screen recording, audio recording, screenshots, and live streaming on social media are prohibited during the video call. If any such activity is detected, the video call may be terminated immediately without prior warning from the staff.
Even in circumstances not specifically listed above, staff may issue instructions or impose restrictions if they determine that the event cannot proceed normally or safely.
◆ Personal Information Collection and Provision Notice
In accordance with applicable personal information protection laws, participants’ personal information will be collected and provided as described below.
1. Collection and Provision of Personal Information for Video Call Event Operations
Recipients of personal information:Kbeat Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Victory Company Co., Ltd.
Information collected:Name, date of birth, contact information, email address, and nationality
Purpose of collection:Participant verification and operation of the 2026 NTX LATAM TOUR commemorative video call event
Retention and use period:The information will be destroyed once the purpose of use has been fulfilled. In all cases, it will be destroyed within seven days after the event has ended.
2. Collection of Personal Information for Verification of Kbeat Platform Use
Recipient of personal information:Kbeat Entertainment Co., Ltd.
Information collected:Kbeat website ID and event participation and access information
Purpose of collection:Verification of purchase records, confirmation of participation rights, and operation of the platform for the 2026 NTX LATAM TOUR commemorative video call event
Retention and use period:The information will be destroyed once the purpose of use has been fulfilled. In all cases, it will be destroyed within seven days after the event has ended.

The event may be canceled, postponed, or changed depending on operational circumstances. The schedule and event procedures may also be subject to change.
If the event schedule or procedures are changed, notice may be provided through an announcement on the Kbeat website or through the contact information registered at the time of purchase.
The participant or purchaser will be responsible for issues arising from any of the following circumstances, and the company will not be held liable:
Incorrectly entered participant information, including name, date of birth, or email address
Accessing the event using an account other than the account used to purchase the product
Using the information of two or more people under one account
Transferring participation rights to another person or attempting to participate through a proxy
Issues involving the participant’s device, browser, camera, microphone, or network connection
Failure to access the video call page by the announced time
If a participant is unable to take part in the event properly due to personal circumstances, their network environment, or device-related issues, a refund, exchange, extension of call time, or another call may not be provided.
The company will not be responsible for any disadvantage resulting from failure to review the event notice. Please read this notice carefully before participating.
