■ Purchase & Participation Information

• Your participation is confirmed as soon as you complete your purchase. Each unit = 1 minute of Video Call time.

• If you buy 2 or more units, your time is combined and the call runs continuously.

• You can buy up to 10 units per person.

• Quantities are limited and sales may close early.

• Only 1 account per person is accepted. Using multiple accounts or purchasing under someone else's name may result in disqualification.

• Orders from the same account with matching details may be combined automatically.

• If your name, date of birth, email, or contact information differs between orders, they won't be identified as the same person and won't be combined. Please enter accurate information when purchasing.

■ How to Join

• The event takes place on the K-BEAT Official Video Call Platform. Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you the platform access link.

• Individual time slots are not assigned. Everything, from identity verification to the video call itself, runs on a first-come, first-served basis.

• After entering the platform, you can check your estimated participation time.

• To enter the platform, type in the same email address you used at purchase. Access is only possible with that email address.

• If the email address is incorrect or different from the one used at purchase, you won't be able to enter. Please double-check your email address before purchasing.

• Detailed platform instructions will be sent to you by email. Be sure to check your spam and promotions folders as well. Any issues caused by not checking your email are your responsibility.

• A test call will be held before the video call to check your connection. You join the test call through the same platform link, using the email address from your purchase.

• Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection before the test call.

■ Identity Verification

• When you enter the platform, you will be placed in the identity verification room under the name registered at purchase.

• Identity verification also runs on a first-come, first-served basis.

• During verification, you must present a photo ID matching the name registered at purchase.

• Once verification is complete, the video call button will be activated.

• Tap the button to enter the waiting room, and your video call will proceed in order of arrival.

• If verification fails or the details you present don't match your purchase information, you will not be able to participate.

■ During the Video Call

• All video calls run on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not enter the platform before the scheduled end time of the event, you will be marked as absent and no refund will be issued.

• The Video Call is 1:1 between you and the artist.

• Your time is counted automatically on the platform based on the units you purchased, and the call ends automatically when your time runs out.

• If the call fails or is interrupted due to network, device, camera, or microphone issues on your end, it cannot be restarted.

• Only you may participate. If someone else joins or 2 or more people are visible, the call will be ended immediately.

• Recording audio or video, taking screenshots, screen sharing, live streaming, or sharing the call with third parties in real time is strictly prohibited.

• Please don't ask personal questions or make uncomfortable requests to the artist.

• Verbal abuse, harassment, sexual comments, discrimination, threats, or political/religious pressure will result in the call being ended immediately.

• Even in situations not listed above, participation may be restricted or the call ended if deemed necessary.

■ Cancellations & Refunds

※ This event is a live Video Call held at a specific date and time. Once purchased, refunds are not available.

• No refund for: personal reasons, scheduling errors, missed notices, incorrect information, missed emails, connection delays, absence, or network/device issues.

• No refund if you are marked absent for not entering the platform before the scheduled end time of the event.

• No refund if you are removed for: failed identity verification, mismatched information, participation by a third party, multiple accounts, simultaneous participation by 2 or more people, or rule violations.

• No refund if the call is ended due to recording, inappropriate behaviour, or other rule violations.

• If the event is cancelled by the company or the artist, reasonable measures such as a refund, reschedule, or alternative will be provided.

• The schedule may change due to the artist's health, safety, natural disasters, regulations, platform failures, or other unavoidable reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Approved refunds are returned via your original payment method and may take time to process depending on the payment provider's policies.

• Fees not directly received by the company — such as exchange rate differences, international transaction fees, bank charges, or taxes — may be excluded from the refund.
