■ PURCHASE AND PARTICIPATION
Your participation is confirmed as soon as your purchase is completed. 1 unit = 1 minute of video call.
If you buy 2 or more units, your purchased minutes will be combined into one consecutive call.
There is no purchase limit; you may buy as many units as you wish.
Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts or purchases under another person's name may result in restrictions.
Orders placed through the same account with identical personal details may be combined automatically.
If the name, date of birth, email or contact details differ between orders, they may not be recognized as the same person and may not be combined. Enter accurate information when purchasing.
■ HOW TO PARTICIPATE
The event takes place on the K-BEAT official video call platform. A platform access link will be provided after payment is confirmed.
No individual time slots will be assigned. Identity verification and video calls are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can check your estimated participation time after accessing the platform.
Use the email address entered at purchase to sign in. Only that email address can access the platform.
If your email address is entered incorrectly or does not match the purchase details, access will be denied. Check it carefully before purchasing.
Detailed platform instructions will be emailed separately. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders. Participants are responsible for issues caused by failing to check their email.
A test call will be conducted before the event to check connectivity. Use the same platform link and the email address entered at purchase.
Please test your camera, microphone and internet connection before the test call.
■ IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Upon entering the platform, you will join the identity verification room under the name provided at purchase.
Identity verification is also first-come, first-served.
You must show an ID and provide the same name used at purchase.
Once identity verification is complete, the button to join the video call will become available.
Use the button to enter the waiting room. Video calls will proceed in order of arrival.
You cannot participate if verification fails or your details do not match the purchase information.
■ VIDEO CALL RULES
All calls are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. If you fail to connect before the scheduled event end time, you will be marked absent and generally will not receive a refund.
The call is strictly one-to-one between the participant and the artist.
Your purchased call duration is counted automatically on the platform, and the call ends automatically when the time expires.
Calls disrupted or unsuccessful due to the participant's network, device, camera or microphone problems generally cannot be repeated.
Only the purchaser may participate. The call may be ended immediately if another person joins or two or more people appear on screen.
Audio or video recording, screenshots, screen sharing, live streaming or real-time sharing with third parties are strictly prohibited.
Please avoid private questions or requests that may make the artist uncomfortable.
Abusive language, harassment, sexual remarks, discrimination, threats, and political or religious coercion may result in immediate termination of the call.
Even in circumstances not listed above, participation may be restricted or the call terminated when necessary for the safety of the artist and participants or smooth operation of the event.
■ CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
※ This is a live video call event held at a specified date and time. As a rule, cancellations and refunds for change of mind are unavailable after purchase. Rights to cancellation or refunds recognized under applicable law remain protected.
Refunds are generally unavailable for personal circumstances, scheduling mistakes, failure to read notices or email, incorrect information, late access, absence, or participant-side network or device issues.
Participants who do not connect by the scheduled event end time and are marked absent are generally ineligible for refunds.
Refunds are generally unavailable when participation is restricted due to failed identity verification, mismatched details, third-party involvement, multiple accounts, two or more simultaneous participants or rule violations.
Refunds are generally unavailable if a call is terminated due to recording, inappropriate behavior or other rule violations.
If the organizer or artist cancels the event, reasonable measures such as refunds, rescheduling or alternatives will be provided.
Schedules may change for unavoidable reasons including artist health and safety, natural disasters, applicable laws or platform failures. Such changes will be announced as promptly as possible.
If the organizer or platform is responsible for a video call not being properly provided, the facts will be reviewed and appropriate measures, such as a repeat call or refund, provided under applicable law and terms.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.
Refundability of exchange-rate differences, international payment fees, bank charges and taxes depends on applicable laws and payment provider policies.

To operate the event and verify participants' identities, personal information is processed as follows in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
